HERNDON JEANSONNE Family Nurse Practitioner
Herndon “Buzz” Jeansonne is the founder of Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC, which he established in 2006. As a dedicated Nurse Practitioner, Buzz provides care across all five clinic locations, bringing years of experience and a strong commitment to serving the community. He is passionate about accessible, patient-centered healthcare and has played a key role in the growth and success of the organization.
MICKEY VIATOR Medical Doctor
Dr. Mickey Viator is a dedicated physician and serves as the Medical Director for Louisiana Health Care Practitioners. Since joining LHCP in January 2026, he has played a vital leadership role in overseeing all providers and clinic operations. Dr. Viator is committed to ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across all locations while supporting and guiding clinical staff to deliver excellence in healthcare.
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERS
KARLA CARTER Family Nurse Practitioner
Karla is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who has been a valued member of Louisiana Health Care Practitioners since LLC 2011. With years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care, she brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to the team. Karla currently serves patients at the Cottonport clinic on Saturdays, where she is committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting the health needs of the community.
SHANNON ROZAS Family Nurse Practitioner
Shannon is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who has been a valued member of Louisiana Health Care Practitioners since 2013. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care at the Palmetto Clinic, where she is committed to supporting the health and well-being of her community. In addition to her clinical role, she leads a suboxone program, helping patients in need.
OLIVIA RIVIERE
Family Nurse Practitioner
Olivia has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2013. She is currently practicing in our Mansura Clinic, where she is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Olivia focuses on promoting overall wellness, managing medical conditions, and ensuring each patient receives personalized attention.
STACEY ACCARDO Family Nurse Practitioner
Stacey has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2021. She is currently practicing in our Marksville Clinic. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on family medicine, helping individuals and families maintain and improve their overall health. Stacey is committed to delivering high-quality care and building lasting relationships with her patients and community.
ALESHIA LEWIS Family Nurse Practitioner
Aleshia is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC in 2025. She currently provides compassionate, patient-centered care at our Marksville Clinic. Aleshia is committed to expanding her expertise and will soon graduate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, allowing her to further support the mental health needs of her patients and community.
VICTORIA FORD Family Nurse Practitioner
Victoria is a Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC in 2025. She proudly serves patients at the Simmesport Clinic, where she is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Victoria is eager to grow and build strong relationships with patients as she works to expand the clinic’s patient base in the community.

Emily has been a valued member of Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2015. She currently serves as the Administrator overseeing all five medical clinics, where she is responsible for daily operations, staff management, and ensuring high-quality patient care across each location. Emily is dedicated to improving efficiency, supporting her team and enhancing the overall patient experience.
TIFFANY BLANCHARD Practice Manager
Tiffany has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners, LLC since 2025 and serves as Practice Manager. In her role, she supports the Administrator with daily operations and ensures compliance across the organization. Tiffany is dedicated to maintaining efficient workflows and delivering high-quality support to both staff and patients.

APRIL CROCKER Billing & Credentialing Manager
April has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2020 and serves as the Billing and Credentialing Manager for all five locations. She oversees all aspects of billing operations and provider credentialing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. April is known for her attention to detail and dedication to supporting both patients and providers.
TRUDY FIRMIN Billing Specialist
Trudy has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2021. She is a valued member of the billing team, bringing strong experience and a commitment to excellence in patient account management. She works diligently to ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional support to patients with their billing needs.
JANE RICHE Billing Specialist
Jane has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2024. She is an integral part of the billing team, known for her reliability and thorough approach to medical billing. TIFFANY KANE Credentialing Specialist
