Herndon “Buzz” Jeansonne is the founder of Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC, which he established in 2006. As a dedicated Nurse Practitioner, Buzz provides care across all five clinic locations, bringing years of experience and a strong commitment to serving the community. He is passionate about accessible, patient-centered healthcare and has played a key role in the growth and success of the organization.

EMILY DUPUIS Administrator
Emily has been a valued member of Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2015. She currently serves as the Administrator overseeing all five medical clinics, where she is responsible for daily operations, staff management, and ensuring high-quality patient care across each location. Emily is dedicated to improving efficiency, supporting her team and enhancing the overall patient experience.
TIFFANY BLANCHARD Practice Manager
Tiffany has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners, LLC since 2025 and serves as Practice Manager. In her role, she supports the Administrator with daily operations and ensures compliance across the organization. Tiffany is dedicated to maintaining efficient workflows and delivering high-quality support to both staff and patients.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Olivia has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2013. She is currently practicing in our Mansura Clinic, where she is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Olivia focuses on promoting overall wellness, managing medical conditions, and ensuring each patient receives personalized attention.

APRIL CROCKER Billing & Credentialing Manager
April has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2020 and serves as the Billing and Credentialing Manager for all five locations. She oversees all aspects of billing operations and provider credentialing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. April is known for her attention to detail and dedication to supporting both patients and providers.
TRUDY FIRMIN Billing Specialist
Trudy has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2021. She is a valued member of the billing team, bringing strong experience and a commitment to excellence in patient account management. She works diligently to ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional support to patients with their billing needs.
JANE RICHE Billing Specialist
Jane has been with Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC since 2024. She is an integral part of the billing team, known for her reliability and thorough approach to medical billing. TIFFANY KANE Credentialing Specialist
Tiffany joined Louisiana Health Care Practitioners LLC in 2024 and serves as a Credentialing Specialist. She is responsible for ensuring providers are properly credentialed and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
